scott was very helpful with his suggestions on the importance of curb appeal such as painting and landscaping to make a positive impression for potential buyers before they entered the home with a good first impression. he also made suggestions as far as trim and plumbing improvements for a buyer that they would not have to worry about when moving in. he meet me on several occasions to see if there was anything else i needed to correct or fix.
